To do Field op #70, You first have to go to the command room, except your orders and go to rockhoppers ship, after doing rockhoppers quest (guide below) go to shipwreck island. Go to the beacon, you're spy phone will be flashing green. Click on it, and play the game! When you're done, you can buy things with your epf medals, or save them up to buy stuff and go do something else on clubpengun.
